Article 1 (Application)
These Terms are intended to set forth the conditions for the provision of the Service and the rights and obligations between the Company and Users regarding the use of the Service, and apply to all relationships between Users and the Company relating to the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings defined below.
"Service" means the service named "Pinzu" (Japanese name: 地図コレ) provided by the Company (including, if the name or content of the service is changed for any reason, the service as so changed).
"User" means any person who uses the Service.
"Company" means the operator that runs the Service.
Article 3 (Account Registration)
A person who wishes to use the Service may apply to the Company for registration to use the Service by agreeing to comply with these Terms and providing the Company with certain information specified by the Company (hereinafter "Registration Information") in the manner specified by the Company.
The Company will determine whether to approve the registration of an applicant in accordance with the Company's criteria, and if the Company approves the registration, it will notify the applicant to that effect.
Article 4 (User Responsibilities)
Users shall use the Service at their own responsibility and shall bear full responsibility for all acts performed in the Service and the results thereof.
When using the Service, Users must not engage in the following acts.
Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal activity
Posting content that is obscene, sexually explicit, or constitutes child sexual exploitation
Posting content that is violent, cruel, or seriously offensive to others
Discriminatory expressions or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or the like
Harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking directed at a specific individual or group
Posting content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or drug abuse
Impersonating another user or a third party
Spam, advertising, solicitation, or mass posting of irrelevant content
Posting other people's photos or copyrighted works without the permission of the rights holder
Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of the Company, other users of the Service, or third parties
Acts that place an excessive load on the network or systems of the Service
Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access
Collecting or accumulating personal information or the like about other users
Using the Service for an improper purpose
Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of the Service or other third parties
Impersonating other users
Advertising, promotion, solicitation, or commercial activities on the Service not permitted by the Company
Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 5 (Rights to Content)
Users represent and warrant to the Company that they have the lawful right to post or otherwise transmit the content they post, and that the content they post does not infringe the rights of any third party.
The intellectual property rights in content posted by Users to the Service are retained by the relevant User or by the third party holding those rights.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
When using the Service, Users must not engage in the following acts.
Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal activity
Posting content that is obscene, sexually explicit, or constitutes child sexual exploitation
Posting content that is violent, cruel, or seriously offensive to others
Discriminatory expressions or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or the like
Harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking directed at a specific individual or group
Posting content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or drug abuse
Impersonating another user or a third party
Spam, advertising, solicitation, or mass posting of irrelevant content
Posting other people's photos or copyrighted works without the permission of the rights holder
Acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service, such as the content of the Service
Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the servers or networks of the Company, other users, or other third parties
Commercial use of information obtained through the Service
Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access
Collecting or accumulating personal information or the like about other users
Using the Service for an improper purpose
Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of the Service or other third parties
Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 7 (Handling of Inappropriate Content)
The Company deals with inappropriate content and abusive behavior without exception.
Users are obligated to comply with the prohibited acts set forth in the preceding Article with respect to all content, including pins (posts), comments, profiles, usernames, and maps.
Users can report inappropriate pins, comments, users, and maps from the "…" menu on each piece of content in the app.
The Company will review reported content within 24 hours, and if it determines that the content violates these Terms, it will remove the content and suspend the account of the user who posted it.
Users can block other users. When you block a user, that user's pins and comments will no longer be displayed to you, and your content will no longer be visible to that user.
If a user repeatedly makes false reports or reports intended as harassment, the Company may treat that user's reports as invalid or suspend the user's account.
Article 8 (Account Deletion)
Users can delete their own account at any time from "Settings" > "Delete Account" in the app.
When an account is deleted, data including posted pins, comments, and follow relationships will be deleted and cannot be restored.
Article 9 (Display of Advertisements)
The Company may display advertisements in order to operate the Service. For the handling of information related to advertisements, please refer to the Company's "Privacy Policy."
Article 10 (Suspension of the Service, etc.)
The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users in any of the following cases.
When inspection or maintenance work on the computer systems related to the Service is carried out urgently
When computers, communication lines, or the like stop due to an accident
When the Service cannot be operated due to force majeure such as an earthquake, lightning, fire, storm or flood damage, power outage, or natural disaster
In any other case where the Company determines that suspension or interruption is necessary
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
The Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for any transactions, communications, disputes, or the like arising between a User and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.
The Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for any damage incurred by Users arising from the Service. However, if the contract between the Company and a User regarding the Service constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, this disclaimer does not apply.
Article 12 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users if it deems it necessary. If a User begins using the Service after these Terms have been changed, the User will be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
